Established in 2010, we’ve grown to become one of the largest bespoke sustainability consultancies in the South West of England. Our main office is in Bristol; however, we have personnel located around the country, including the Midlands, South West, South East and Wales. We work across the UK as well as internationally.

What we do
SOL is a sector leader in consultancy for the emerging green technology, low carbon and circular economies. That was our founding ambition, and 15 years later, we’re just as excited about the journey.
Our dedicated in-house consultancy team collaborates with a network of experienced technical specialists. Together, we provide highly competitive, multidisciplinary consulting and assessment services across a wide spectrum of expertise. We work closely with each of our clients to support the delivery of sustainable new construction, industry and low-carbon infrastructure projects.
Most of our work involves supporting the pre-development planning and permitting of new buildings and infrastructure. We also offer corporate compliance, ESG, carbon & environmental management, and verification & reporting services for the construction, post-construction and operational phases, as well as technical and environmental due diligence for funders and investors.
